You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ff4u account credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account.
All activities conducted through your ff4u account, whether authorised by you or not, are your sole responsibility. ff4u shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
You must notify ff4u immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting the support team via the Platform's live chat function. ff4u will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict account access pending investigation.
ff4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of promotional offers, money laundering, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All transactions on the ff4u Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ff4u accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Visa, and Mastercard. ff4u does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be subject to adjustment from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. ff4u reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, and evidence of the source of funds.
ff4u processes withdrawal requests as expeditiously as practicable. Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically 5–30 minutes. Funds deposited into your ff4u account may only be used for wagering purposes on the ff4u Platform. ff4u operates a strict anti-money laundering policy and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All wagers placed on the ff4u Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.
ff4u reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

All content on the ff4u Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ff4u or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ff4u, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ff4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if ff4u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ff4u's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your ff4u account wallet at the time the claim arises.
ff4u does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
You may close your ff4u account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
ff4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, and to withhold or recover funds from your wallet, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose ff4u to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. ff4u will notify you of any such action where permitted by law.
ff4u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ff4u is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ff4u's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
